1. Introduction
Welcome to WedoraSmart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://wedorasmart.com, and our wedding-planning application, https://app.wedorasmart.com, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By accessing or using WedoraSmart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
In these Terms, “WedoraSmart,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the WedoraSmart platform. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or organization using the Service.
2. Our Service
WedoraSmart is an online wedding-planning platform designed to help users organize wedding budgets, guest lists, RSVPs, vendors, checklists, timelines, events, and related planning information in one workspace.
The features available to you depend on your selected plan and the current functionality of the application.
WedoraSmart is a planning and organization tool. It does not replace professional financial, legal, or other specialist advice, and it does not guarantee the availability, quality, performance, or conduct of any wedding vendor you choose to work with.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you to purchase and use paid services.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and the Service against unauthorized access, misuse, or security threats.
4. Plans and Features
WedoraSmart may offer free access, one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, and other licensing options.
The plan descriptions, prices, features, and limitations displayed on our Pricing page or at checkout form part of the applicable offer.
Our current plan structure is intended to include the following:
- Demo: Free access with limited features.
- Individual: A one-time payment of $15, with a limit of one wedding.
- Pro: $5 per month or $45 per year, with a limit of up to five weddings.
- Studio: $10 per month or $90 per year, with a limit of up to twenty weddings.
- Enterprise: From $150 per year, with a limit of up to fifty weddings, subject to the offer and terms presented at purchase.
Prices, available features, billing periods, taxes, and plan conditions must be confirmed on the applicable checkout page before purchase. If a current offer differs from this summary, the terms shown at checkout for that purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features as the Service develops. We will handle material changes to paid services in accordance with applicable law and any commitments made at purchase.
5. Wedding Limits and Planning Slots
Each plan has a maximum number of weddings that may be created under that plan.
Creating a wedding uses one available wedding slot. The slot rules displayed in the application and applicable plan description govern how capacity is allocated.
Archiving a wedding does not restore a used wedding slot. Users should review their available capacity before creating additional weddings.
If you reach your plan’s wedding limit, you may need to upgrade your plan, purchase additional capacity if offered, or follow the options available within the application.
Do not assume that deleting, archiving, or modifying a wedding will restore capacity unless the application explicitly confirms that outcome.
6. Payments and Billing
Paid plans must be purchased through the payment method or checkout process made available by WedoraSmart.
Where Lemon Squeezy or another third-party payment provider processes a transaction, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms and policies.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges for the plan you select.
Prices may be displayed in United States dollars or another currency expressly shown at checkout. Your payment provider or financial institution may apply currency conversion, bank fees, or other charges.
Any applicable taxes will be handled as shown at checkout and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Access to paid features may depend on successful payment, license activation, and the correct assignment of your purchased entitlement.
7. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Monthly and annual subscription plans may renew automatically if the checkout offer states that automatic renewal applies.
Before purchasing a subscription, review the billing period, renewal price, renewal date, and cancellation instructions shown at checkout.
You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation method made available by the applicable payment provider or through the account or support process identified by WedoraSmart.
Unless the applicable offer or law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for a payment already made or immediately end access for the period already paid for.
The actual cancellation timing, continued access, and refund treatment depend on the purchased offer, payment-provider arrangements, and applicable law.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the terms presented at checkout, and applicable law.
Purchasing a digital service does not automatically mean that every payment is refundable or non-refundable. Eligibility may depend on the plan, timing, service delivery, the circumstances of the request, and legal requirements.
Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase. If that policy has not yet been published, we will add its link when it is available.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms and your applicable plan, WedoraSmart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended wedding-planning purposes during the period for which you are entitled to access it.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the application itself without written permission.
- Attempt to bypass license activation, payment requirements, or plan restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the Service to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing material.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Service.
- Access another user’s account or data without authorization.
You retain responsibility for the information and materials you enter into the application.
10. Your Planning Data and Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you enter into WedoraSmart.
You should ensure that you have an appropriate basis or permission to enter other people’s personal information, including guest names, contact details, RSVP information, and vendor details.
You must not use the Service to misuse another person’s information or violate their rights.
The handling of account information and planning data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You should maintain separate copies of information that is important to you where appropriate. Do not assume that every entry can always be recovered or exported, or that archiving or deleting a record has a particular effect unless the application confirms it.
11. Data Export and Service Availability
If your plan includes Excel export or other data-export functionality, you may use that functionality subject to its availability and the limitations displayed in the application.
We aim to keep WedoraSmart available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, repair, or modify the Service as needed. Where required by law or a specific paid-service commitment, we will provide applicable remedies for material failures.
12. Intellectual Property
WedoraSmart and its associated branding, logos, website design, software, original content, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of WedoraSmart’s intellectual property to you.
You may not use our branding or protected materials in a way that implies endorsement, misrepresents your relationship with us, or infringes applicable rights without prior permission.
Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved, subject to applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
WedoraSmart may rely on third-party services for functions such as authentication, data storage, payments, hosting, or other integrations.
Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control every aspect of independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
Your use of an independent third-party service may be subject to its own agreement with you.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using WedoraSmart at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security threats, payment issues, misuse of the Service, or circumstances in which continued access would create a material risk.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination or suspension does not remove rights or obligations that arose before it took effect. Refunds, remaining subscription access, and data handling will be addressed under the applicable plan terms, our policies, and applicable law.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
WedoraSmart is provided subject to the terms of your plan and applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every individual requirement or remain available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, WedoraSmart will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service, including losses caused by a third-party vendor’s conduct, inaccurate information entered by a user, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Where liability may legally be limited, the extent of that limitation will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, our plans, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
We will update the “Last Updated” date when a revised version is published. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain consent.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect will be subject to applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operation of WedoraSmart, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.
Any formal dispute will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable law.
Before publication, the governing-law position should be confirmed for the business operating WedoraSmart and its intended international market.
